The products of the brand Kabrita® are made from tender Dutch goat milk, which is famous for its highest quality and soft creamy taste. We receive goat milk from 55 professional Dutch farms working with Holland Goat Milk B.V. under uniform quality standards. We offer the best product to our customers and, accordingly, we demand that our suppliers comply with the highest quality standards.
Special attention is paid to the conditions of keeping and breeding animals. The premises are cleaned daily, and the females are kept separately from the males, which helps prevent the specific smell of goat milk. A careful approach is used in the choice of feed: on our farms, the goats are fed with a mix of straw, hay, grass, corn, pulp, pellets (containing wheat, barley, soy, sugar beet or citrus pulp) and the farmer’s own grown silage of grass and corn. The farmer will complement the feed of the goat as good as possible, also in terms of necessary energy, protein, vitamins and minerals.
And don’t forget a really important part of nutrition; water! An average milking goat will drink about ten liters of water per day. Such feeds are expensive, but the resulting milk has a soft creamy taste and delicate flavor.
